CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH
Children's Mental Health Week takes place in February each year. There is a great website dedicated to this (see useful links) awareness initiative.
According to the children's charity Place2Be, "1 in 6 children and young people have a diagnosable mental health problem, and many more struggle with challenges from bullying to bereavement".
What is vital is that children and young people (and the people who care for them) have help and understand they aren't alone. Use our resources or book a call to see how your child or young person can be better supported, no matter what issues they are facing.
I can help to build a picture, understand the concerns and challenges and provide some genuinely valuable ways to feel more positive.
