ME AND MY APPROACH

I am here for anyone within the Midlands, Staffordshire and Cheshire who needs support with neurodivergent issues such as ADHD, autism and cognitives (such as dyslexia and dyscalculia). My team and I work with all ages, from young children through to older patients.

Our approach is based on 'gentle help for mental health'. We will use our experience, qualifications and skills to help you understand and navigate any challenges you are facing.

Previously I have worked within a number of environments including the NHS, CAMHS and specialist paediatric teams. I established my private practice several years ago to reduce my clients' waiting times and allocate the time you need to comfortably explore your diagnosis and the different support options available.

As directed by the clinical psychologist's professional body (BPS), and my own thirst for knowledge, I continue to train and learn every year making sure I am abreast with change, current thinking and research. I combine this with my portfolio of experience to make sure I can offer you and your family an excellent service.
