We are much better when we share. And as it's estimated that 13 million women in the UK are peri-menopausal or menopausal, now is a good time to make sure we are well educated and properly supported as we enter this brand new stage of our lives. Being educated applies to everyone around us as well!

It’s a particular passion of mine – an area of interest, both clinically and personally - and I very much welcome working with women who are experiencing some of the many symptoms that come with peri-menopause and menopause itself.

Use the resources below and watch out for more articles from me very soon. Also, please email me to organise a time to talk if you feel you'd like to, it's what I am qualified to do and pleased to help with.
