SLEEP AND YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

"It is a common experience that a problem difficult at night is resolved in the morning after the committee of sleep has worked on it"

John Steinbeck

Sleep and your mental health go hand in hand. Research shows that they are mutually dependent so spending some time working on one or other has an automatic double impact. Think about it - when we're tired we all revert to our grumpy, more irritable selves and the day never quite goes as well as we'd hoped. Add in any mental health challenges and the result is magnified.

Sleep is a simple, powerful thing yet becomes complex when we can't get enough or our quality of sleep is poor. Contact Zoe if lack of sleep is affecting your mental well-being and daily functioning - there are many options to consider.
