GENERAL WELL-BEING

Our general well-being is made up of many parts and is dependent on these working in harmony and balance. If one or more of these parts is out of kilter it can really upset our mood, energy levels and happiness. This in turn can filter out to affect other aspects of our life such as work and relationships - so these well worn words really do have a lot to answer for!

It's good to understand the areas of our lives that make up our general well-being and see where improvements can be made. The World Health Organisation states that wellbeing is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Working together, we can look at the shape of your days, weeks and months. This is the first step in realigning what's important to you and highlighting any imbalances. It's a powerful exercise and can reveal some significant areas for change that will make a big difference.  It is a really exciting, inspirational and energising process.
