We will help you navigate any cognitive concerns such as dyslexia or dyscalculia, often identified through your child's stages of education. Our support includes a careful, thorough assessment to fully understand and manage areas of academic strength and weakness.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The route we take depends entirely on your needs and concerns. An initial phone call will help us both understand how I can help. We can have our first appointment in person, online or by phone, whichever you prefer. I'll explain everything as we go through the process so you're informed and feel well-looked after.
My mantra is 'gentle help for mental health' - working together to help you understand any challenges you are facing and make your life easier to manage. My team and I work with all ages, from very young children through to older people, always carefully and respectfully.
TAKING THE FIRST STEP
Please contact me for an initial conversation, where we can explore how I can support you, and/or your children. I'm based in Alrewas, between Lichfield and Burton, but I cover a large area in the Midlands, Staffordshire and South Cheshire - so please ask if you're unsure.

"What is the bravest thing you've ever said?"asked the boy.
"Help" said the horse.

CLIENT WORDS (THANK YOU)
"When Zoe met our 7 year old , she was absolutely great with him, so friendly and kind. He was at ease from the start in what could have quite easily been a situation where he withdrew. Instead, he engaged and seemed to actually enjoy the conversation."
“I just want to say thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. I really feel like you are the first person who has listened and confirmed everything. For that I just wanted to say thank you.”
"We’d like to thank Zoe and her team for their incredible support during our son’s autism diagnosis. The assessment took place in a warm, welcoming environment that helped ease his anxiety and made a big difference to how comfortable he felt."
You never once made us feel we couldn't say exactly what we wanted, you never made us feel you were judging us, you just let us talk. I hope you know that that meant the world to us. Thank you a million times over."
